Bad News – Pets Can Be Poisoned By Toxic Mold Too
Since the devastating day that hurricane Katrina ran through not only the state of Florida but also the New Orleans area, families have not been the same even though many areas are almost back to normal. I know what you are going to say. With a tradgedy like hurricane Katrina how can life ever be the same? I agree, because I too went through Katrina but I was in Florida and it was nowhere near as bad as the Lousiana area.
My point is even after Katrina we are still feeling the effects.
Many people who survived the storm are now finding out the true damage. Most people are now becoming sick and have no clue why. There was a story about a family who survived the hurricane but their pet died for an unknown reason when they took the pet to the veterinary for a routine dental check up a couple of months after the big storm. The doctor was giving the pet anesthetic through special tubing and notice the pet started to bleed from the nose. Basically the pet had pulmonary hemorrhage which is also another way of saying that the lungs were bleeding. Unfortunately the pet didn’t make it through.
The veterinarian ran some tests and found that there were high levels of toxic mold in the bloodstream of the pet and this was the reason for the cause of death from the bleeding of the lungs. The pet lived in doors and the family couldn’t wonder how it could have been poisoned.
Immediately, the family had the home inspected for toxic black mold. They didn’t realize that their inner walls of the kitchen area were loaded with toxic black mold because a leak was found and they never knew that area of the home had a leak.
Toxic black mold has also been called a silent killer and after reading this you can see why. If you are unsure if you have black mold you have your home checked out before it is too late. You should always make sure you do what you can to stay on top of the mold cleaning process by having a mold killer at your disposal at any given time to prevent a possible mold outbreak.
Black mold can sneak up on you faster than a hickup. The bad thing about black mold is that you don’t even know you have a mold problem until it is too late. One of the main reasons why people get sick from this toxic mold is because they think the reason for their coughing or extreme fatigue is because they think they are catchinga cold or they think they are getting tired because they have been working a lot of hours at work. When in doubt you should always have a natural mold remover at your side for any type of mold you see so that you can remove it fast before it gets out of hand.
