Most people don’t realize that the area that your water heater and A/C unit sits in can become a natural breeding ground for black mold.  The reason is because most of the time the A/C unit and water heater are stored in the same room.  And when the A/C gets cold it builds up with condensation and eventually will drip on the floor.  These units are usually in a dark area such as a closet type area.  When you put moisture, warmth, and darkness and combine all those together.  You got yourself a mold issue.  Changing the air conditioning filter is a great way to clean the air but it still is not enough to kill the mold spores.  You will have to purchase a natural mold cleaner.

Natural Mold Killers

I went out and purchased a mold killing spray at an online natural mold killing products store. It was pretty cheap so I went ahead and bought it.  I sprayed the area inside where my A/C unit and water heater sits.  I spoke with the gentlemen at this online mold cleaning products store and he said to make sure that I spray the whole A/C and water heater, the area around them and also replace the A/C filter with a new filter but spray it down with the natural mold killing product as well.  It will not hurt anything and the mold will not get sucked into the A/C and then spread throughout the home.  I did what the gentleman said and I got rid of my mold problem and also I don’t have to worry about breathing in the mold since it was in my A/C system and was circulating through my house.
