Remove Mold In The A/C Unit Of You Vehicle
Mold Removers
If you live in a dry humid part of the country you will understand what I mean when I say that our A/C units in our car are always on and we don’t even think about buying a new or used car without air conditioning. The South Florida area is very humid. And when we use our air conditioning in our cars, not all of the excess water and moisture that the a/c unit creates is completed drained outside of the vehicle. What happens is whenever the a/c unit is on, it is only natural for condensation to be created in the evaporator of the vehicle. This is why you see a drain pipe under the vehicle dripping water. The a/c needs to drain this water or it will literally overflow into your vehicle and flood it. But not all the water is drained out and sits in the lower part of your blower motor and a/c evaporator. This is where the black mold spores will set in and start to reproduce and eventually you will have to purchase natural mold removers to get rid of this mold.
Have you ever wondered why when first start your vehicle and turn on the A/C it has a real musty smell to it? That is because you have mold sitting in your evaporator and in the a/c blower motor. There is pretty much nothing to do but spray some mold killer in the a/c unit which is usually behind the glove compartment area. This is one of the reasons why vehicle manufacturers in 2002 created vehicles that have a/c filters that you are able to replace. People with allergies were having allergy attacks because of the mold spores in the vehicle and since it was such a small area, the people were constantly breathing in the toxic mold.
Natural Mold Killers
Buy yourself a natural mold killer and open up your glove compartment and it should also pop out. There you will find the a/c filter, change it, and spray the inner area of the a/c unit with a mold remover and all the areas around there. Just do not flood the area. Replace the a/c filter that you have already sprayed with the natural mold killing product and start your vehicle. Open up the windows and turn on your a/c but turn the heat on and let it run for about 5 minutes. This will circulate the mold killer through your a/c system of the vehicle, kill the mold, and remove that musty smell in your a/c unit. This will remove the smell for about a year and depending on what climate you live in and how hot the temperature is.
