Yes, she really is our Idol. Carrie just proved to us that there are thousands of ways to help protect and take care of the planet and humanity. If some perform their share of environmental advocacy by using natural cleaners like trusted carpet cleaning products, the wealthy young ones of Hollywood are doing their share of kind deed to the planet by donating generous amounts of their income. Carrie Underwood impressed us with her heart of gold. She donated part of the proceeds of her Mötley Crüe’s “Home Sweet Home” to HSUS.

“Home Sweet Home” is the song played on Idol to bid goodbye to contestants who have been voted off and are headed home. The song is also available for download in iTunes. When asked about her very kind-hearted move, the Amercian Idol gave us the following words, “ I think that this song suits and well describes my stint with idol. This also says so much about anima rescue and helping them find their homes. This is the reason why we felt it was important to tie the release of this single to an amazing animal charity – the HSUS.”
